He is also a founding director of the Allan Gray Centre for Africa Entrepreneurship at Stellenbosch University. During his career, Phumlani has actively participated in multiple social change projects to enhance entrepreneurship-led development in Africa

She's a first-generation Ethiopian/American based in Washington, DC.
